We are the Atkins International Youth Foundation.  
A registered Non Profit Foundation.  All contributions are
tax deductible.

AIYF BAJA OBJECTIVES

Provide quality education in Haiti that encompasses an approved
curriculum. Educate pupils and parents with personal hygiene
procedures and basic health care.  Implement an agricultural
program to help students and their families learn how to grow
their own food.

Mentor church leaders in Biblical teachings, so they may teach
others.  Teach the simple messages of Christ – that we are saved
and we are loved.  Build hope and a future through these
teachings. Express Godly compassion.

WHAT WE'VE DONE

Successfully registered the AIYF as both a US 501 C and Haitian
non-profit organization.

Purchased more than 5 acres of property and professionally
surveyed the property.

Delivered a fully operational fire engine as a gift to the people of
Ouanaminthe.

Completed and opened 150 ft well. Final water quality test
completed on 09/01/05, and now provides potable water for
residents of the Baja area. This well was dug through donations to
the AIYF.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

We have provided (and continue to do so) clothing, food, and over-the-counter medications (aspirin, anti-bacterials and antibiotics such as Neosporin, etc.), as well as soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste.

We are currently building a Headquarters which will not only serve as a base of operations for the Atkins International Youth Foundation, but will also be a place for people to turn for help and guidance.
