WHAT IT COSTS

Construct a new school in 3 phases:

Phase One $80,000 - Target 4th Quarter of 2006.
3400 sq ft Concrete block school with 2 rows of 3
class rooms and a hallway between.
It will not have plumbing or electricity but will have
desks & blackboards and unconnected electric wiring.
